Managing Director: Stephen Adams

Magister Limited was founded in 1997 by Stephen Adams, an expert in Patent Searching for the biochemical industry.

Stephen has a B.Sc. degree in Chemistry, and an M.Sc. in Information Science from The City University, London, UK.

Before founding Magister Ltd, he worked for the UK Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food, later for Pira International, and was the principal patent searcher for ICI Agrochemicals (later Zeneca Agrochemicals).

Magister Ltd: The Trainer

The name "Magister" was chosen for the company, as being synonymous with "Training" and "Expertise".

The "Magister" was also the name for a Training Aircraft which was built by Miles Aircraft in the 1930s. Miles themselves also have a very interesting history in Innovation, Patents and Training.
